General Guidelines for Teams ๐Ÿ†
  1. Team Formation: Each team should consist of the permitted number of participants as specified by the event organizers.
  2. Project Originality: Teams must present their own original project, prototype, or working model. Any copied or plagiarized project may be disqualified.
  3. Project Theme: Projects should demonstrate innovation and practical application in areas such as Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Automation, Electronics, or Emerging Technologies.
  4. Working Model: Preference will be given to projects that are functional and can be demonstrated during the showcase.
  5. Project Presentation: Each team must clearly explain the objective, working principle, methodology, major components, applications, and future scope of the project.
  6. Display Requirements: Teams are responsible for bringing and safely setting up their project, required equipment, components, laptop, power adapters, and other necessary accessories.
  7. Safety: All projects must comply with safety requirements. Projects involving hazardous materials, unsafe electrical connections, fire, or other dangerous mechanisms will not be permitted.
  8. Time Limit: Teams must complete their project setup and presentation within the time allotted by the organizing committee.
  9. Judging: Projects will be evaluated on innovation, technical implementation, functionality, creativity, practical applicability, presentation, and overall impact.
  10. Discipline: Participants must maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the event coordinators, volunteers, and judges.
  11. Responsibility: Teams are responsible for the safety and security of their project, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the event.
  12. Decision of Judges: The decision of the judges and the organizing committee regarding evaluation and results shall be considered final.
  13. Rule Changes: The organizing committee reserves the right to modify event rules or guidelines when necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the participating teams.
  14. Participation Certificate: Eligible participants will receive certificates as per the event rules.
  15. Organizers' Authority: The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify a team for violation of rules, misconduct, unsafe practices, or submission of misleading information.
